Teen Services Caseworker

The Teen Services Caseworker provides comprehensive case management and housing-related services while ensuring the safety of clients and program spaces; participates in program coverage and outreach activities; ensures the collection, documentation and reporting of information and data as required; and works as a member of the Teen Services team to support and achieve outcomes aligned with program goals and the agency mission.
Population Served: Youth between the ages of 12-21 who are currently homeless or experiencing housing instability.
This is a full-time, 2nd shift position with a Sunday to Thursday, 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm schedule.
