Database management: Maintain and update candidate databases with recruitment records and progress. Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between qualified candidates and hiring managers. Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the early stages of the hiring process.
