Tele-Sales
- Present, Promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and Team Leader
- After the answer, convert data into deals, update deal stages and status depending on the interactions.
- Update data (Leads, Clients) Status.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Contact data (Leads, Clients) Make calls, E-Mails, and text messages with data, Provide prices and detailed information about the service
- Emergency Handling.
- Must be able to confirm will under pressure and be flexible with working hours.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in English C1.
