- Reach out to SME businesses through cold calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Identify and connect with potential merchants across industries such as F&B, Retail, Beauty, Healthcare, and Services.
- Understand customers' business needs and recommend the right POS and payment solutions.
- Introduce EPOS' products and services to prospective customers.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings or product demos for the Merchant Acquisition team.
- Keep CRM records up to date with customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospects to build relationships and generate sales opportunities.
- Work closely with the Marketing team on lead generation campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
