Location: Cunningham Road, Bengaluru-560052

Description :

• Handle the loan process digitally from login to disbursements
• Prospective leads will be provided, speak to customer and ensure lead conversion.
• Assess risk, explain product feature, collect necessary documents from customer.
• Coordinate with internal teams like Credit, operations and ensure smooth handing of the process
• Provide good customer service and ensure repeat sales

Additional :

• Good Communication skills in English and Hindi is must
• Candidates who can speak South Indian languages like Tamil or Malayalam or Kannada or Telugu are preferred.
• Day shift with Sunday off

Salary and Benefits :

• Fresher: CTC 2.8 LPA
• EXP: CTC 3.2 LPA
• Benefits - Monthly incentives (20-30 thousand per month additionally) and insurance for self and dependents.
