Maintains and optimizes PruittHealth’s phone systems, PBX, cloud communications, and mobile devices while troubleshooting circuit issues.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Telecom Analyst's responsibility is to plan, develop, and implement the PruittHealth telecommunications infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all telephone systems and services, mobile devices, voicemail, PBX and Cloud communication and eFax systems.
