Telecom Cloud Infrastructure + OSS/Assurance Engineer (工作地點：台北市)

Role Summary

• Responsible for deploying, upgrading, configuring, and maintaining assurance systems in OpenStack or Kubernetes environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, Upgrade, Configure & Troubleshoot Telecom Cloud and OSS Assurance Center node as VNF OR CNF.
• Provide Monitoring and troubleshooting support after deployment, upgrade etc.
• Troubleshoot and provide RCA for different issues related to NAC system.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of assurance systems and deployment methodologies.
• Experience with CNF, VNF, and containerized environments.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Kubernetes node management.
• Familiarity with OpenStack/OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) for deploying and managing cloud-native applications.

Preferred Experience
-Minimum 5 years of exp in telecom industry
-3+ years of experience in telecom assurance or related domains.

• Experience in post-deployment validation and health checks.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and nodes in RHEL/OCP environments.

職務摘要 (Role Summary)

• 負責在 OpenStack 或 Kubernetes 環境中部署、升級、設定及維護電信網路監控與保證系統。

主要職責 (Key Responsibilities)

• 部署、升級、設定及故障排除以 VNF（Virtual Network Function） 或 CNF（Cloud-Native Network Function） 形式運行的電信雲（Telecom Cloud）與 OSS Assurance Center 節點。
• 在系統部署、升版及日常營運後，提供監控與技術支援服務。
• 針對電信網路保證系統相關問題進行分析、故障排除，並提供根本原因分析。

技能與資格條件 (Skills & Qualifications)

• 具備電信網路保證系統及部署方法論的扎實知識。
• 具備 CNF、VNF 及容器化（Containerized）環境相關經驗。
• 熟悉 Linux 作業環境及腳本撰寫能力（Shell Script、Python 等）。
• 具有 Red Hat Enterprise Linux（RHEL）及 Kubernetes 節點管理的實務經驗。
• 熟悉 OpenStack 或 OpenShift Container Platform（OCP），能夠部署及管理雲原生（Cloud-Native）應用程式。

優先條件 (Preferred Experience)

• 具備至少 5 年電信產業相關工作經驗。
• 具備 3 年以上電信網路保證系統、OSS 或相關領域經驗。
• 具備系統部署後驗證（Post-Deployment Validation）及健康檢查（Health Check）經驗。
• 具備在 RHEL/OCP 環境中管理 Kubernetes Cluster 與 Node 的實務經驗。
