Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Telecom Engineering Support Specialist to support engineering and network operations within a fast-paced telecommunications environment. This role focuses on maintaining accurate network records, validating service information, supporting billing-related updates, and ensuring engineering databases reflect field changes.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the telecommunications, cable, or broadband industry.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience working with engineering records, project tracking, provisioning, or operational support.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
