Job Requirement – Telecom Network Engineer

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Have intermediate-level knowledge of telecommunication and mobile network fundamentals.

• Understand mobile network architecture, network traffic flow, and service quality (QoS).

• Have a good understanding of network performance indicators such as latency, throughput, packet loss, and network availability.

• Understand basic concepts of network performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Able to analyze network performance and identify potential issues affecting service quality.

• Understand the relationship between network performance and customer experience.

• Familiar with basic telecommunications technologies such as 2G/3G/4G/5G and their network concepts.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
