Key Responsibilities
- Oversee telecom construction projects to ensure alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
- Lead the project lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout
- Collaborate with internal teams, including business development, program management, operations, and field construction
- Promote a strong team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Conduct project meetings, reviews, and progress updates
- Track project milestones and report on schedule status
- Identify and mitigate risks such as delays, scope gaps, and material or labor shortages
- Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including property owners, municipalities, KDOT, and others
