Telecom Sector | Functional Analyst
- Analyze and design solutions
- Execute and monitor tests from both corrective and evolutionary maintenance
- Ensure the quality of functional deliverables
- Support test design and validation
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams (mainly networks)
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Apply Agile methodologies while leveraging technical knowledge
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Proactivity and initiative
- Teamwork, flexibility, and adaptability
- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and telecommunications networks
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, Java, SQL
- Experience with Oracle, Linux, and Windows Server
- Experience with Jira and SVN/CVS
