Job Description
Javelin Utility Services Inc. is searching for a strong leader to serve as our Telecommunications Construction Supervisor in Springfield, Oregon. The Telecommunications Construction Supervisor is responsible for supervision of field crews for assigned client projects, accountable for managing the overall field performance.
The Telecommunications Construction Supervisor must have experience in running multiple crews/subcontractors, scheduling, material ordering, knowledge of job cost, and operating equipment.
Essential Functions:
- Working knowledge of underground utility installation
- Supervise workforce to ensure maximum productivity
- Read and understand telecommunications schematics
- Familiar with OSHA regulations / safety procedures
- Ability to analyze job costs, inventory materials, locate utilities and various other duties
- Project Scheduling and Resource Management
