Telecommunications Specialist

This vacancy is for a Telecommunications Specialist in the National Telecommunications and Information Administration within the Department of Commerce.

As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Assists in development and implementation of long-term planning processes. Generates recommendations that are effectively communicated with stakeholders and colleagues. Utilizes project management principles to support strategic planning activities for telecommunications projects. Assists in preparing concise, well-written recommendations on the improvement of spectrum management policies. Tracks and monitors actions using project management artifacts and best practices, drafts proposals and papers.
