Telecommunications Specialist
This vacancy is for a Telecommunications Specialist in the National Telecommunications and Information Administration within the Department of Commerce.
As a Telecommunications Specialist, you will perform the following duties: Assists in development and implementation of long-term planning processes. Generates recommendations that are effectively communicated with stakeholders and colleagues. Utilizes project management principles to support strategic planning activities for telecommunications projects. Assists in preparing concise, well-written recommendations on the improvement of spectrum management policies. Tracks and monitors actions using project management artifacts and best practices, drafts proposals and papers. This Job Opportunity Announcement may be used to fill other Telecommunications Specialist GS-0391-9, FPL 12 positions within the Department of Commerce in the same geographical location or local commuting area with the same qualifications and specialized experience.
