Working Days : Monday - Friday | 9:30am to 6:30pm
Location: Jurong East (near to MRT station)
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls
- Introduce and explain our products in a clear and professional manner
- Identify business needs and qualify leads
- Schedule appointments to follow up
- Update call logs, feedback, and follow-up actions
Job requirements
- Experience in telemarketing / call centre field
