Job Description 工作内容：

• Deliver scripted presentations to promote the company’s products and services
按照公司提供的话术进行产品与服务介绍与推广

• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers
清晰向客户讲解产品特点、优势及价格

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information
回答客户咨询，并提供准确的信息

• Collect customer details (e.g., name, contact information,address) for order processing and service delivery
收集客户资料（如姓名、联系方式、地址等），用于订单处理及服务安排

• Maintain and update customer records, including contact history and preferences
维护并更新客户资料，包括沟通记录及客户偏好

• Follow up with existing and potential customers to identify sales opportunities
跟进现有及潜在客户，发掘销售机会

• Keep accurate documentation of customer interactions
准确记录客户沟通情况

• Conduct surveys to gather insights and identify potential leads
进行问卷调查，收集市场信息及潜在客户线索

• Able to work retail hours: Weekdays: 10:45 AM – 9:00 PM& Weekends/Public Holidays: 9:45 AM – 6:00 PM
能接受零售工作时间：平日10:45am–9:00pm，周末/公共假期9:45am–6:00pm
