TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) SECURITAS DIRECT SALES 📞 SALES TELEOPERATOR - SECURITAS DIRECT (MADISON) 📍 Location: Calle Estrada, 12, 28034 Madrid (Fuencarral-El Pardo) 🚀 Immediate start after completing training. Training days 03/11/2026 ONLINE 04/11/2026 IN-PERSON 05/11/2026 IN-PERSON 06/11/2026 IN-PERSON 10/11/2026 IN-PERSON Available schedules (to be chosen) 🕐 32 hours per week Monday to Thursday From 13:00 to 21:00 h 🕑 35 hours per week Monday to Friday From 14:00 to 21:00 h Functions 📞 Making commercial calls for the Securitas Direct campaign. 🎯 Personalized advice and detection of customer needs. 🏠 Offering security systems for homes and businesses. 💬 Objection handling and follow-up of the commercial process. 💻 Recording activity in internal tools. 📈 Achievement of commercial and quality objectives. (This is not new customer acquisition; it is calling already loyal customers) What are we looking for? ✔ Communicative profile oriented towards objectives.
