Telemarketing Assistant - Hybrid | 5 days - $2.2k + Comm [0580]
- Working hours: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
- Location: Tai Seng/Ubi (Hybrid Arrangement to be discussed)
- Salary: $1800 - $2200 + Commission
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls for banking-related products and services
- Introduce and explain banking products clearly and professionally
- Identify customer needs and qualify potential leads
- Set appointments or refer interested customers to relationship managers / sales team
- Follow up with warm leads when required
- Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and outcomes
- Achieve daily and monthly call and lead targets
- Comply with company policies and basic banking compliance guidelines
