Currently, from the MADRID office, we are looking for a TELEMARKETING COORDINATOR, for Madrid.
What you'll do
Manage a team of commercial teleoperators (banking sector)
Achieve internal and client KPIs for the services under your responsibility, measuring the productivity and quality of the Teleoperators (useful contact / hour, sale / hour, quality, etc.)
Listen to calls in order to supervise the quality of the service, commercial skills, and provide feedback to the Teleoperators.
Ensure the correct implementation of the different procedures and scripts, with the aim of improving the productivity and quality of the service provided to the client.
Identify areas for improvement and training needs in order to carry out the design and monitoring of action plans with the Teleoperators.
What you'll get
Type of Contract: Permanent, directly with the company, with the legally established probationary period.
Salary: €20,000 gross fixed annual salary in 14 payments + commission + meals
Work Area: On-site in the Fuente de la Mora area.
Start date: Immediate

How you'll work
Schedule: Full-time, 39 hours per week, shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday to Thursday + Friday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM
