Telemarketing Customer Service Executive

Base Salary: $2,500 - $3,300 (Based on Experience) + Commission

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using company-provided leads

• Introduce and recommend suitable insurance and financial products

• Identify interested customers and generate qualified leads

• Arrange face-to-face appointments for interested customers

• Hand over qualified leads to financial consultants for further follow-up

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments

• Follow up with potential customers and support ongoing telemarketing campaigns

• Work towards assigned sales and appointment targets

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher qualification

• Relevant telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or financial services experience is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls

• Able to explain products clearly and engage potential customers effectively

• Sales-driven and comfortable working towards performance targets

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently

• Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
