Telemarketing Executive – Microsoft Dynamics, Data & AI Solutions
Experience Required: 1–2 years (telemarketing/telesales, preferably in IT/software sales)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Telemarketing Executive to generate qualified leads and appointments for CRM, ERP, Data & AI product.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound calling, database research and B2B lead generation within the technology or software solutions space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective businesses to introduce ERP, CRM, Data & AI solutions
- Identify decision-makers (IT Managers, CIOs, CTOs, Business Heads) and generate qualified leads/appointments for the sales team
- Research and build targeted prospect lists.
- Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) criteria
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in the systems.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and appointment-setting targets
- Stay updated on ERP, CRM, Data & AI products updates and positioning
- Handle initial objection handling and route interested prospects to Sales Team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales (IT/software industry preferred)
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, Data & AI Solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong cold-calling and lead qualification abilities
- Target-driven mindset with good time management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
- Knowledge of Microsoft products will be preferred
- Candidate must be willing to work from office.
Salary Rage – SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000
