💰 Salary: S$2,200–S$2,600 per month (depending on experience and inclusive of incentives)
We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and is cheerful and confident on the phone.
This is not a hard-selling or telesales role. You will be speaking with customers from our approved lead lists, following up on their interest and arranging appointments for our Sales Team.
If you are starting your career and want to build confidence in professional communication and customer engagement, this is a great opportunity to learn through real-world conversations and hands-on coaching.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to customers from warm and approved lead lists — no cold calling
Speak with customers professionally and arrange appointments for our Sales Team
Follow up with customers on appointments and enquiries
Accurately record customer information, call outcomes and appointment details
Coordinate appointment information with the Sales Team
Provide basic administrative and operational support where required
Who We’re Looking For
Fluent and confident in spoken English
Comfortable speaking clearly and audibly over the phone
Enjoys talking and interacting with people
Willing to learn, practise and try new communication techniques
Open to coaching and feedback
Friendly, organised and responsible
Accountable and able to follow through on assigned tasks
No prior telemarketing experience required — training will be provided
Fresh graduates (GCE O/A-Level/ITE/Diploma) are welcome to apply

Most importantly, you don't need to arrive knowing how to be a great telemarketer. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, enjoys communicating with people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and try.
