What you'll do

· Making calls to customers who have already requested a quote to advise them and offer them the best proposal for car and motorcycle insurance from this major insurer.

· Life insurance cross-selling.

· Effective resolution of customer incidents, inquiries, and doubts.

· Management of databases, tools, and applications.

Nice to have

• Experience in call centers.

• Previous experience performing commercial functions.

What you'll get

• 2-month temporary contract with the possibility of extension. Joining a stable and long-term project.

• 32.5-hour weekly working day from MONDAY to FRIDAY

- From 14:30h to 21:00h

• Salary according to collective agreement 1190€ gross/annual + commissions and incentives

• Location: Madrid.
