Telemetry Technician
Summary
Monitors cardiac telemetry equipment, interprets arrhythmias, and documents patient rhythms under nursing supervision in a hospital setting.
The Monitor Technician functions under the direction and supervision of the Charge Nurse/ANM to perform constant observation of the central station cardiac monitors, as well as arrhythmia interpretation and documentation related to cardiac rhythms.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Completed arrhythmia recognition course and exam requirements that includes a minimum 85% score and 100% on lethal arrhythmias
