About the role

📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR in MADRID 📢

Do you have experience as a TELEOPERATOR or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in MADRID (VALLECAS AREA)

What you'll do

✔️ Telephone customer service for a major banking entity.

✔️ Resolution of inquiries.

✔️ Management and modification of policies across all branches.

What we're looking for

🔹 C1 level, bilingual or native oral and written English is essential.

Nice to have

🔹 Previous experience in similar roles (valued, but not essential)

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: PERMANENT

💰 Salary: €8.78/gross + language bonus

📅 Schedule: 35H/WEEK, split shifts within the time slot of 12:00 to 20:00 hours.

🏆 Extras: Training provided by the company, starting on 03/11/2026, in-person modality.
