We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (M/F/X) - TELECOMMUNICATIONS SECTOR WITH SPANISH OR CATALAN in Madrid (VALLECAS AREA) 📢

What you'll do

✔️ CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR RESOLVING QUERIES REGARDING REGISTRATIONS, CANCELLATIONS, BILLING, COVERAGE, AND INCIDENTS.

What we're looking for

🔹Native or bilingual level both orally and in writing in English or Catalan

🔹 Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.

Nice to have

🔹 Previous experience as a TELEOPERATOR (m/f/x) (valuable, but not essential)

🔹 Proficiency in the Catalan language (valuable)

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Temporary (stable vacancy subject to extension).

💰 Salary: €8.78 gross per hour + language premium €0.89 gross per hour + incentives

📅 Schedule: 30h/week workday, afternoon shift from 15:00 to 21:00 hours. (5 days a week are worked and 2 to 3 weekends per month).

📅Training: From 10/11/2026 to 13/11/2026 afternoon shift (15:00 to 21:00h) in-person. START DATE PLANNED 16/11/2026
