About the role

📢 We Are Looking For You! We are looking for a TELEOPERATOR (m/f/x) in MADRID📢

Do you have experience as a Teleoperator or would you like to make the leap into this sector? This could be your opportunity! We are looking for people eager to work in Madrid (Vallecas Area).

What you'll do

✔️ Multichannel management: Comprehensive contact handling (queries and procedures) via telephone, chat, or email.

✔️ Claims processing: Information, opening, and follow-up of accident files and reports.

✔️ Specialized advisory: Legal and technical guidance on Home, Community, Business, and Accident products.

What you'll get

🎯 Contract: Temporary with possibilities of extension.

💰 Salary: 8.78 euros/h.

📅 Schedule: Monday to Friday on a split shift:

*Monday: from 10:30 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 19:30.

*Tuesday to Friday: from 11:00 to 14:30 and from 16:30 to 19:00.

🏆 Extras: Selective training provided by the company on 10/11/2026 with registration expected on 24/11/2026.

What are we looking for?

🔹 Previous experience as a teleoperator (valuable, but not essential).

🔹 Communication skills and empathy: ability to manage customer inquiries with clarity, especially in claim situations.

🔹 Attention to detail and resolution: agility in handling technical policy information (Home, Business, etc.) and administrative procedures.

🔹 Eagerness to learn and a positive attitude.
