HIGH BASIC + ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION
Location: Jurong East | Working hours: Mon - Fri, Office hours

Most consultants in our company take home between $5,000 – $10,000+ monthly (after commissions).
We are hiring driven individuals with call centre sales / inside sales experience to support Business Development and client engagement in a fast-paced environment.
If you have experience or a passion for sales and able to thrive in a KPI-focused environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
Job scope:
• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and candidates
• Identify business opportunities and build client relationships
• Manage and grow existing accounts
• Understand hiring needs and provide staffing solutions
• Achieve sales and recruitment targets
• Ensure smooth follow-up throughout the hiring process
Candidates who possess a CEI Certificate will have an advantage.
