- Make outbound calls to prospects, present services, and close sales
- Record customer interactions and maintain CRM systems
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Continually update knowledge of company offerings and policies
- Background in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Proven experience in telesales or sales/customer service with a track record of meeting quotas
- Knowledge of CRM software and relevant computer programs
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to engage customers, build rapport, and close sales
