Teller 1 PT - Gainesville Area

This position may require travel throughout the Gainesville area to provide support at other branch locations as needed. The primary branch location will be discussed during the interview process.

The hours for this position are:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Saturdays: 1 to 2 a month from 8:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.

Role

Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.

• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services, and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship
• Balance daily transactions and verify cash totals. Investigate and resolve out-of-balance situations
• Welcome members, provide routine information about services, and direct members to the appropriate department for specific information and services
• Provide friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Ensure the member's name is used during the transaction and that the work is accurate
