Summary: Operates a Teller window by providing prompt, efficient and accurate customer service, maintains security of a cash drawer; represents the Bank in a courteous, professional manner alert to customer needs, cross-sells bank products, and refers customers to the appropriate staff.

Secondary Duties- CSR: Interacts with customers to open new accounts, maintains existing accounts in response to inquiries about products and services, cross-sells all bank products and services, and resolves customer complaint. Provides general clerical assistance to the department.
