We’re currently looking for an outgoing, dependable, and service-focused Teller to join our Lebanon branch. In this full-time role, you’ll be the friendly, smiling face that greets members, assists with transactions, and helps make their day a little brighter, all while being part of our mission: “Making a Positive Difference in our Neighbors’ Lives”. Typical working hours: 7:50 AM - 4:00* PM Monday-Thursday, 7:50 AM - 5:00* PM Fridays
*plus time to wrap up and close, which varies by day
Duties/Expectations:
Training is provided to all new hires at our headquarters in Donelson.
- Provide exceptional service to all OHCU members
- Process accurate financial transactions involving cash and checks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Balance a teller drawer daily
- Assist members with inquiries and problem resolution in a timely manner
- Perform basic account maintenance on member accounts
- Scan work and documents along with other daily responsibilities
- Offer/suggest products and/or services to members
- Must be outgoing and able to have discussions with our members regarding their needs
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment (especially during peak times)
- Punctual and reliable
- Perform other duties as assigned
