About the role: Maine Savings Federal Credit Union is looking for a Teller for our Ellsworth location, and your mission is to assist members with their financial transactions, involving paying and receiving cash and other negotiable instruments. This location's hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Accurately processes member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and processes corporate checks. Transfers amounts from member accounts as directed and maintains member records
• Provides excellent and professional member service consistent with Maine Savings standards.
• Accurately balances cash drawer and daily transactions consistent with The Teller Outage Policies and Procedures
• Has sufficient product knowledge to enable Credit Union cross-selling opportunities
• Satisfies all parameters consistent with the Teller Progression Plan for Teller 1.
• May be required to work occasional Saturdays.
• Other duties as assigned.
