Candidate referred to as Test Environment Management was actually release management and not supporting/troubleshooting technical issues in the environments. He would be a good candidate at a more senior role, but we are looking for a hands-on support person.”

Strong technical ability with knowledge of systems software, including architecture and infrastructure components
Ability to manage multiple priorities, while providing service excellence
Proven problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical problems
Knowledge of features and facilities for integration and communication among applications, databases and technology platforms

Required: Candidate should have hands on experience of UNIX and Weblogic applications
'The successful candidate will be able to provide operational support and maintenance of the acceptance test environments. Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing technical operational expertise for the review and utilization of test plans
Identifying resolution of testing and/or environment variances
Providing environment operational and application support

What We’re Looking For:
Successful candidates must exhibit CIBC’s values of trust, team work, and accountability
Must have Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related field
Must have at least 4 years’ experience as a Testing and Technical Services Analyst or similar role
Development knowledge about Online Banking and Contact Center Technology preferred
6-8 years of IT experience preferred on will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
