Temp Accounts Assistant – Accounts Payable (AP) | Up to $3,500 #HHLT

📍 Gul Crescent (No Company Transport)
🕒 Mon–Fri, 8:30am–5:30pm
💰 $3,000–$3,500/month
📅 3–6 Month Contract

💼 Responsibilities
• Process supplier invoices accurately and promptly in the accounting system
• Handle supplier payment processing
• Process monthly corporate credit card expenses and employee claims
• Register new vendors in SAP
• Liaise with suppliers on outstanding accounts and payment enquiries
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Prepare journal vouchers and support timely AP month-end closing
• Monitor petty cash and perform bank reconciliations
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports
• Support process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc finance duties

📝 Requirements
• Min. diploma in Accounting
• Relevant Accounts Payable / accounting experience preferred
• Familiarity with SAP advantageous
• Comfortable handling invoices, payments, reconciliations and employee claims
• Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Able to work independently and meet finance closing timelines
