Temp Assistant Manager, Finance / FP&A - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

💰 Salary: Up to $5,000/month

📅 Contract Duration: 4 months

🕐 Working Hours: 5 days, office hours

Job Responsibilities

Budget Planning, Forecasting & Reporting

• Assist in preparing the institution’s annual budget and regular financial forecasts.

• Prepare financial reports and financial information for management review and decision-making.

• Support variance analysis by comparing actual performance against budget and forecasts.

Capital Investment & Business Projects

• Support digital transformation projects by providing financial analysis and review.

• Evaluate business cases and projects from a financial perspective, including identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Governance & Process Improvement

• Review internal finance processes, systems, policies and procedures.

• Recommend improvements to strengthen controls and minimise business risks.

• Collaborate with different departments to drive process improvements and optimisation.

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• Build strong working relationships and ensure alignment with the institution’s strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration (major in Accountancy/Finance) or equivalent.

• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in areas such as FP&A, financial planning, management reporting or audit.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

• Good teamwork, integrity and sense of responsibility.

• Positive mindset with a strong interest in continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI or other data analytics tools will be an advantage.
