Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6
Salary: $15/hour
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate end-to-end logistics for both in-person and virtual training events.
- Prepare and manage event materials, shipping, classroom/virtual room setup, AV equipment and technology.
- Support facilitators and participants before and during events, ensuring smooth delivery.
- Monitor virtual sessions, manage breakout rooms, polls, chats and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Liaise with delivery teams, coaches and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
- Handle event wrap-up, including evaluations, attendance tracking, issue resolution and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with event processes and continuously deliver a high-quality participant experience.
Job Requirements:
- Strong skills in Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) required.
- Exceptionally strong technical skills with Virtual Meeting platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams, etc.) required.
- Up to 50% travel may be required, primarily to company's various physical locations and select client sites (Face to Face Production only)
