💼 Responsibilities
• Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other platforms
• Develop and manage social and digital content supporting student recruitment efforts in East Asia
• Monitor campaign performance and make ongoing adjustments to improve results
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO / SEM initiatives
• Analyse Google Analytics and other campaign data to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports, statistics and actionable insights
• Develop infographics and content for various social media channels
• Work with Regional Managers and in-country representatives on marketing initiatives
• Improve website content, navigation and information architecture for East Asian audiences
• Support alumni digital engagement, campaigns and database maintenance
• Keep updated on digital marketing and social media best practices

📝 Requirements
• Hands-on digital campaign experience across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Able to actively monitor, manage and optimise campaigns throughout the campaign period
• Strong reporting, data analysis and campaign performance evaluation skills
• Good understanding of audience targeting, performance metrics, SEO / SEM and digital marketing fundamentals
• Strong logical and analytical thinking
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different teams
