Temp Healthcare Screener

Descriptions:

• Only need to work 3 to 4 days per week (fixed schedule)
• Different shift slot available to choose (Morning: 7am to 2.30pm)/ (Afternoon: 2.30pm to 10.30pm)
• Salary is depending on the shift schedule
• Very fast in shortlisting

Job Descriptions:

• Manage patient registration and assist in scheduling appointments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with crowd control within the department.
• Attend to general inquiries, provide clear directions, and support patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism.
• Help to calm anxious or distressed patients and family members, especially in high-stress emergency situations, ensuring a reassuring and composed presence.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by supervisors or nursing staff, including administrative or logistical support when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O-Level, ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Able to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Comfortable interacting with patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
