TEMP HR ASSISTANT | 3 DAYS/WEEK | $14/HR | WEST

Location: West (Pickup from CCK/Lakeside)
Salary Rate: $14/hour
Work Arrangement: 3 days per week
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Contract: 1 year, minimum 6-month commitment

Our client is an established manufacturer specialising in high-performance sealing solutions, supporting customers across a range of industrial sectors globally.

This is a part-time opportunity supporting the HR Manager across HR operations, payroll, work passes and general administration.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

• Assist with payroll processing and verification

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

• Support HR administration in line with MOM requirements and the Employment Act

• Coordinate employee training, including course sourcing and scheduling

• Assist with office administration and procurement of supplies

• Support company meetings, events and employee activities

• Assist the HR Manager with other HR matters and projects

What We're Looking For

• Previous HR administration or HR operations experience

• Familiar with Infotech HRMS or similar HR systems

• Knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and MOM requirements

• Experience handling work pass applications

• Familiar with payroll processes and HR documentation

• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently

• Able to start immediately or at short notice
