Temp IT Support

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support for traders, VIP users, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and trading application issues
• Support Windows desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Liaise with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues

Requirements

• Experience in Desktop Support, End User Computing, or IT Support roles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience supporting VIP users and senior stakeholders, including traders
• Familiarity with trading applications such as Bloomberg, WEBICE, or similar trading platforms is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, front-office environment
