💼 Responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts
• Provide legal advice on corporate and operational matters
• Assess legal risks and recommend practical solutions
• Support stakeholders on contractual and advisory matters
• Handle other legal assignments when required

📝 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with more than 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong background in corporate legal work or litigation
• Able to understand and apply legal principles across unfamiliar areas quickly
• Strong contract review, negotiation and legal advisory skills
• Available to commit to the three-month contract
