Job Scope:
- • Assist the Industry Engagement Manager in driving the execution of industry collaborations, live projects and programme activities, ensuring seamless delivery.
- • Support industry talks, workshops and events, including logistics, materials preparation and on-site coordination.
- • Arrange venues, equipment, registration lists and event-day setups, working proactively with academic, technical and facilities teams.
- • Support in hosting industry guests, ensuring a professional and well-managed experience.
- • Prepare agendas, briefing decks, meeting materials and minutes for project and event discussions.
- • Track project timelines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
- • Update and maintain accurate documentation, operational checklists and project records.
- • Use digital tools (shared drives, spreadsheets, workflow trackers, online forms) to support project tracking and day-to-day operations.
- • Manage calendar scheduling and respond to general industry-related enquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any relevant field
