Position: Temporary Office Support Staff

Location: Pasir Ris St 11

Contract Period: 6months (option to extend another 3 months)

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Mondays to Fridays

Salary: $2,080 to$2,200 per month depending on qualification and relevant working experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Temporary Office Support Staff to support the school's daily operational needs.

The responsibilities include:

* Cleaning special rooms

* Performing gate duties, including arrivals, dismissals, CCA and related activities

* Escorting contractors for scheduled and ad-hoc repair or installation works

* Reporting faults relating to equipment such as fans, air-conditioning units and water taps

* Assisting with event setup for school programmes and events

* Performing other duties as assigned from time to time to support the school's operational needs

Requirements:

• Able to carry out assigned duties to support the school's daily operations.

• Responsible and dependable in completing assigned tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with colleagues and relevant stakeholders.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to perform cleaning duties and other operational support tasks as required by the role.

• Able to adapt to operational needs and carry out other reasonable, work-related duties as assigned.

• The successful candidate will perform duties in a school environment.
