Temp Officer, Defects Management (Customer Service) – 5 Vacancies

💰 Salary: $1,500 – $3,000 per month
📅 Contract Duration: 1 year
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 6:00pm
📍 Working Locations: CENTRAL

Job Responsibilities

Support the customer service team in preparing for property handovers and ensuring all handover documents and materials are complete.

Conduct unit inspections to identify defects and ensure units are ready for handover to buyers.

Coordinate with contractors and homeowners to arrange defect rectification works and follow up on completion timelines.

Arrange joint inspections with homeowners after rectification works are completed.

Attend to homeowners’ enquiries and complaints relating to defects, ensuring issues are followed up and resolved satisfactorily.

Provide professional customer service throughout the property handover process.
