We are hiring Temp Patient Service Assistant (Immediate Until End Dec) to be outsourced to various polyclinics! Many vacancies available!
Location: North Areas
Working Days/ Hours: 5.5days office hours, every Sat half day
Pay Rate: $10/hr
Duration: Immediate Until End Dec (approximately 5 months)
Job Duties:
- Attend to patient’s queries and help patient to navigate through our healthcare system.
- Provide special assistance such as wheelchair to patient as and when required.
- Observe and tag fall risk patients, issue facemask and measure temperature for patients with flu and fever.
- Promote and educate patient on the use of Self-Service Kiosk and mobile applications.
- Assist or perform height, weight and blood pressure measurement on patients when required.
- Assist patient with way-finding and general enquiries.
- Assist eligible-patient in completing medical questionnaire.
Requirements:
- Minimum ‘N / O / A’ Levels / Nitec / Diploma in any field
- IT Savvy
- Able to work 5.5 days office hours
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Able to commit full duration until end Dec
