📍 Location: Sengkang
📄 Employment: 16-Week Temporary Contract (Maternity Cover)
💰 Salary: $10.50/hour
🕘 Working Hours:
• Monday – Friday: 8.00am – 5.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am – 12.00pm
• Occasionally required to start at 7.00am or 7.30am (Earlier start means earlier end time)
• 44 Hours Per Week
What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide frontline customer service to patients and visitors
• Register patients and schedule appointments accurately
• Guide patients in using self-service kiosks and digital services
• Manage patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations
• Respond to patient enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned
