Temp Patient Service Associate *WEST* #HZTK
Contract Period: 7 September – 27 November (Maternity Cover)
Location : West
Working Hours (Staggered Shifts):
- 7:30am – 4:00pm (Mon–Fri), 7:30am – 12:00pm (Sat)
- 8:00am – 4:30pm (Mon–Fri), 8:00am – 12:30pm (Sat)
- 8:30am – 5:00pm (Mon–Fri), 8:30am – 1:00pm (Sat)
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote the HealthHub app and assist patients with downloading and setting it up.
- Guide patients in using the self-registration and self-payment kiosks.
- Educate patients on mobile payment options and self-service facilities.
- Provide general assistance to patients and support the team with day-to-day operations as required.
- Support any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
