Summary
Assist customers with over-the-counter products, dispense prescriptions under supervision, process sales, and manage pharmacy stock in a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with over-the-counter products and general enquiries.
- Prepare and dispense prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Process sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Manage stock, including receiving, shelving, and replenishing inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing and record keeping.
Requirement:
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
