Temp Reservations Sales Executive/Officer (Year-End Rate Loading Support)

Temporary headcount required to support year-end rate loading activities, reservation processing, and booking administration during the peak period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation enquiries and booking requests from guests and travel agents via phone and email.
• Process, update, and confirm reservations accurately in the reservation system.
• Support year-end rate loading and ensure rates, packages, and inventory are updated correctly.
• Assist with booking amendments, cancellations, and related administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth reservation operations and guest satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by Management.
