Temp Sales Admin Executive at Loyang/ Changi, Up to $3,500 (Office hours)

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily order processing duties efficiently.
Monitor truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and forwarders.
Partner closely with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely shipment and delivery.
Provide swift responses to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
Record orders and shipments, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation filing.
Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
Plan weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to optimize supply chain flow.
Prepare accurate monthly operational reports for management review.

Job Requirements:

Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or logistics coordination.
Working knowledge of shipping terms, shipping documentation, L/C preparation/negotiation, and application for Certificate of Origin and Marine Insurance is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP
Meticulous, systematic, and well-organized team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
